    Browse the full file for each project: location analysis, developer, permits, term, interest, security and our A-to-D risk grade.

    Invest from €100

    Spread your contribution across multiple files in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Each participation comes with a standardised loan note.

    Receive your return

    Track the construction phase through monthly reports. At completion, your principal and the agreed interest are paid to your Belgian bank account.
